You may also call us or come by our store if you have additional questions or would like to make an appointment. For appointments, we only ask that you arrive 10 minutes early and all weekend appointments must be reserved with a credit card number due to busy scheduling. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Gift certificates are available for purchase.

Returns or Exchanges
Policies for returns and exchanges apply to online purchases only. Returns or exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and box. Recipient must call our store number (925) 736-3900 for a RA (Return Authorization) number to ship back any returns. Recipient must use their own form of shipping to return products. We will not be responsible for lost products shipped. We advise all customers shipping products to use UPS for tracking their items. Items must be in original condition without being used or tampered with. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or replacement if lost or stolen.
